UNAHA ERAP Employee Survey

Introduction

UNAHA received the Ending Rental Arrears to Stop Evictions (ERASE) grant from the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) in order to support UNAHA’s efforts to provide assistance to member Tribes and TDHEs while they design and implement Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) programs. The survey below will provide data to UNAHA in order to fulfill NLIHC’s reporting requirements and to provide UNAHA with valuable information on how to best support member Tribes, advocate for Tribes at the state and federal level, and to provide recommendations to HUD, NAIHC, and NLIHC.

Instructions

The following survey is for the ERAP employee(s) of each TDHE or tribal housing department to fill out about their Tribe or TDHE’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program. This survey will be filled out QUARTERLY. You may skip any question that is not relevant or for which your program does not collect data. Thank you for your time.
