Pa`upena Community Development Corporation is an Upcountry Maui beneficiary organization authorized by the 1921 federal Hawaiian Homes Commission Act. The mission of the Valley Isle nonprofit is to provide resources, training and advocacy to empower fellow Hawaiian Homes trust beneficiaries to build homes and self-sufficient communities.
This brief survey is intended for individual beneficiaries: lessees, waitlisters and successor beneficiaries and it will help us to partner with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands and other entities in order to optimize access to, and use of, our Hawaiian Homes Commission Act trust lands.
