CSKT Doubled-Up Survey

This survey is for anyone in need of permanent housing, experiencing homelessness, OR those hosting/providing housing for individuals or families in need of permanent housing.

CSKT is working to address homelessness among Tribal members, in the many ways it occurs. We consider homelessness to include individuals who lack resources and support networks to obtain permanent housing. This definition includes individuals who are staying with friends or family but cannot stay there for longer than 14 days; being trafficked; trading sex for housing; or have left home because of physical, emotional, or financial abuse or threats of abuse and have no safe, alternative housing.

It is important for CSKT Tribal Council and Departments to understand how many members are experiencing homelessness and what they need to be safely housed.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Please complete this survey before February 11th for a chance to win one of six $500 GIFT CARDS!

[Survey period may be extended if there is a low response rate. Watch the website for changes!]

Our cultural values move us to share our homes with those who need a place to stay, not leave them to sleep outside.

Share the story of your household and help tell the real story of what homelessness looks like on the Flathead Indian Reservation.

We can’t address our community's needs until we identify and quantify the needs.
